The artist from Gipuzkoa (Basque Country) Irene Lafitte, developed a good part of her artistic career in the Paris of the sixties. There, and still while very young, she exhibited her vigorous and colourful Expressionist paintings in prestigious exhibition venues on numerous occasions, which gained her excellent reviews.
