A student at the prestigious Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts, the Catalan artist Joan Mas has been part of the Paseo de Gracia Group of Barcelona since its foundation in 1981. His works, with a Post-Impressionism flavour, are also influenced by Cubism, abstract art and new figuration, have obtained over twenty awards and have been exhibited on more than thirty occasions.
